When booking for Burning Man, simply pick the pickup date then the return date and pay ONLY the $1000 security deposit. This will lock in your dates and you will receive booking confirmation with owners info to coordinate pickup times. Office will then invoice you for the rental that will need to be paid 7 days prior to pickup. Supplemental insurance is required and you will receive an email after booking to purchase separately. Cancellation policy and refunds: Please refer to Reserve and Cancel policy.
The RV has everything someone might need/want. Including dishes, cups, flatware, a Keurig coffee maker with complimentary k cups, sugar and creamer l, cookware, cleaning supplies, water filter, towels and bedding, first aid kit, dish soap, hand soap, shampoo, conditioner and body wash.
House cleaning kit: Included (Please clean and dump it before returning or a $100 cleaning fee and $100 dumping fee will be deducted from your security deposit).
INSURANCE: If the renter uses the following AAA, All State, Farmers or State Farm they will endorse your policy to include RV rental. Please submit a copy to office@qualitytimerentals.com.
You will receive an email 7 days prior to pick up on how to purchase insurance in the event your insurance company will not cover the rental.
