Reservation & Cancellation Policy

lBefore reserving the rental please look at the available dates, anything in green is available
Please click on the pick up date, then the return date and click “Book Now” security deposit is included in the total.

Please allow a minimum of 24-48 hours between rentals to book yours. It will give us a chance to clean and have the Rental ready for the next renter ​

​​Renter will pay a minimum of two days/nights from their deposit if rental is returned with damage that causes loss of future rentals for repairs.

Cancellation policy and refunds, please read before reserving with a security deposit.

Cancellations more than 30 days out from pick up: Full refund to renter
Cancellations 30 to 8 days from pick up: 25% of the rental fee and remaining security deposit returned to renter.
Cancellations less than 7 days from pick up: 50% of the rental fee and insurance and remaining security deposit returned to renter. Refunds will take 7-10 business days to be refunded after the initial email requesting a cancellation. 

You may postpone a rental only if it is before the 30 days from pick up. If it is after the 30 days the cancelation fees will apply and you will be refunded the balance of the security deposit. You then can rebook your dates. 

Please email the cancellation in writing to office@qualitytimerentals.com and note the dates you wish to cancel and the name the reservation was under.

Any no shows without a cancellation notice via email 48 hours prior to pick up will result in forfeit of your security deposit and balance due for the dates booked for rental. This is moneys lost by the owner for reserving your dates.
There are no early return refunds.

All security deposits are refunded through PayPal or Zelle (Bank to Bank) within 1-5 business days of rental return. If you would rather use Venmo or receive a check please let us know.

PLEASE KEEP IN MIND
If you are planning on waiting to see the RV before you reserve it, there is a chance that someone has already seen it and may beat you to it by reserving it online.
