Please return washed or a $50 cleaning will be charged to your security deposit. ​

$500 total security returned to you with in 1-3 business days.

Please allow 24 hours before time of pick up after booking is made.

After booking you will receive confirmation with owners info to coordinate time of pick up, owner will have a rental agreement to fill out. Please allow 3 minutes to do a complete walk through. ​​​
