There is a fuel station with a 35 gallon tank that connects to the generator (4 hours free per day)($3 per hour over).
Tank will be full and needs to come back full or an $8 per gallon fee to replace is deducted from the security deposit.
Cancellation policy and refunds: Please refer to How it works/Reserve and Cancel policy.
Supplemental insurance is required per day and QTR will email renter with required insurance info 7 days prior to pick up.
After booking you will receive confirmation with owners info for pick up address. Owner will have rental agreement to fill out at time of walk through so please allow 30 minutes.
