Rental Policy:
Cancellation policy and refunds: Please refer to Reserve and Cancel policy.
House cleaning kit: Included (Please clean and dump it before returning or a $100 cleaning fee and $100 dumping fee will be deducted from your security deposit).
INSURANCE: If the renter uses the following AAA, Farmers or State Farm they will endorse your policy to include RV rental. Please submit a copy to office@qualitytimerentals.com.
If your insurance company will not endorse your policy to cover the rental we will email you insurance 7 days prior to pickup to purchase.
Any cancelations after booking due to complications with renters insurance is subject to a cancelation fee if they choose not to pay for supplemental insurance offered.
