Do I Need a Specific License?
No, just a valid driver’s license is required
How do I get started?
Go to the rental you are interested in, then click on pick up date then return date and book now. You can add any accessories to your cart then pay. Anything in green is available. You will receive confirmation of booking with owners info to coordinate pickup times.Â
Can I pay the entire deposit now to reserve?
Yes, it will save time
Can I pay with Cashier’s Check for the deposit?
No, Paypal will ensure your reservation much faster
How is the deposit used?
The deposit is used as a security deposit, cleaning fees, dumping fees, any extra miles and times used on the generator (if applicable) will be deducted from the deposit. The security deposit is refunded back through PayPal, Zelle (Bank to Bank), or a check mailed to you within 1-3 business days after the return.
How do I pay for the time used?
Once we receive your booking you will receive confirmation with owners info to coordinate pickup times. If paying the security deposit only we will email invoice to be paid 7 days prior to pick up date.Â
How much are the dumping fees?
Can I dump the waste myself before dropping it off?
Yes, we encourage you to do that before dropping the unit off, simply go online for the closest dumping station.
What are the times for pick and drop off?
Pick up times vary, an additional $25 fee every hour will apply after drop off time and taken out of your deposit.
Can I pick up the evening before or drop off early next day?
Yes, there is a $75 additional charge, please add that to your booking.Â
Are pets OK?
What about insurance?
We are now requiring an insurance binder from renters insurance of the dates rented if the policy is not adequate renter will have to pay for additional insurance per day. Per day insurance is listed on each page of the rentals.
Can I get insurance through you?
Can we tow anything?
Yes, there is an additional $15 per day fee to tow behind a Motor Home. (Please add to your cart when you pay).
Is there a charge to use the generator?
We will give you free hours per day and $4.00 for every hour after (Motor homes vary) We offer a separate generator for travel trailers, if wanted with unlimited hours, for an additional $35 charge (You fill with gas)
Can I cancel my reservation?
Cancellations 30 to 8 days from pick up: 25% of the rental fee and remaining security deposit returned to renter.
Cancellations less than 7 days from pick up: 50% of the rental fee and insurance and remaining security deposit returned to renter. Please email the cancellation in writing to office@qualitytimerentals.com and note the dates you wish to cancel for and the name the PayPal reservation was under.
How do I go about adding my Rental to this website?
Simply go to “List my Rental” and fill out what is needed. Someone will respond within 24 hours.
How long does it take to get my Rental into the rental fleet?
We could have your Rental posted within 48 hours once we receive the necessary info and pics.
How much do you charge to have my Rental go through your rental fleet?
We charge owners 20% of the rental fee.
How do I get paid for my rental in the fleet?
Renter is required to pay an invoice or pay you cash at the time of pick up. If invoice is paid we will send you funds the day of pick up via PayPal if the renter pays you cash at the time of pick up we will send you an invoice to pay for our 20%
Can I add my boat or watercraft in the fleet?
Yes we are looking to expand our rental fleet, please go to “List my Rental”
Can I put an enclosed or open trailer in this rental fleet too?
Yes, we are currently looking for more commercial trailers to add to the fleet. Please go to List My RentalÂ
Can I put a luxury car through your rental program?
Yes, we are looking to expand our rental fleet. Please go to List My Rental.Â
Is there a charge for interior cleaning if we do not return the RV clean?
 Yes, a minimum of $91 per hour (We use Molly Maids) ​Does not apply to Burning Man Rentals.
Is there a discount for cleaning and dumping if I don't feel like doing any of that?
 Yes, there is a No Hassle Clean and Dumping Fee for $150 (Save $41) Carpets are not included (Does not apply to Burning man rentals)
What is the charge for carpet cleaning if it comes back stained?
We charge $100 for carpet cleaning, if needed, best to remove your shoes before going into the RV
Do people riding in the back of motor homes have to wear seat belts?
When it comes to regulating seat belts and RVs, the California Vehicle Code requires seat belts only for the front seat or cab. Passenger seat belts are not required in the dinette area of the RV. Therefore, passengers sitting at the dinette cannot be cited for failing to wear a seat belt since the law does not require this.
