How it Works

As a Renter

Most importantly we do not charge a service fee as some others do. The daily rate is only what you pay
unless you would like to add any additional items to rent.
Find a rental you would like to rent
Check availability calendar
Go to the PayPal security deposit form
Fill out everything
Buy/Pay now
If you have an existing PayPal account use that. If you do, simply click on pay with a credit card.
Once we receive the security deposit, we will block out the dates for you.
The rental agreement, invoice, and insurance info will be emailed to you once we receive the security
deposit.
Seven days prior to pick up you will need to pay the invoice and fill out the necessary insurance info
required.
Please bring a valid drivers license and a copy of the rental agreement that was emailed to you at time
of pick up to be filled out and signed with the owner.
Owner and you will do a walk-through with the rental and fill out and sign the rental agreement.
Additional insurance is required for each rental. You will receive a link via email to pay through MBA
insurance and must be filled out 7 days prior to pick up.
Once the walkthrough has been completed the owner will give you the keys and any additional
instructions on how to use the rental; and you are on the way.
When you return your rental, please make sure that the exterior is washed, interior cleaned,
there are no damages, and for all RV’s, grey and black water dumped, so that a charge will not
be made from your security deposit.
Once all that is complete, the owner will issue your security deposit to be returned to you within 5-7
business days.
If you would like a rental delivered to you, please specify so that we can get the address for delivery and
give you a quote with the invoice.

    As an Owner

    If you are interested in adding your rental to our fleet simply click on “List my Rentalâ€.
    Once we receive your listing, we will then contact you for pictures and more info about your rental.
    We will then add your rental to our website and send you a link for your review before we go live.
    Once a renter secures your rental with a security deposit, you will be cc’d a copy of that for your
    records.
    An invoice, rental agreement and insurance info will be sent to the renter to be printed and filled out
    with you at time of pick up.
    Invoices to the renter will be paid 7 days prior to pick up and you will be sent 80% of the rental 24 hours
    after the renter picks up.
    At time of pick up the renter will bring a copy of the rental agreement and you and the renter will do a
    walk-through noting any existing damages and fill out and sign.
    The owners are responsible for the following:
    Safety
    Brakes
    Tires
    Bearings (If applicable)
    Service engine (If applicable)
    Service generator (If applicable)
    All appliances are in good working order (If applicable)
    Registration is up-to-date
